Commissioning a translation can be a daunting prospect as this is one of the few service areas where a client may have no idea whether or not the end product is any good. I aim to assist you every step of the way, from making sure you know what you want from your project before starting work on it to checking that everything is to your satisfaction once I have delivered the translation.
I am a highly qualified language service provider with over 15 years’ experience. I worked as a staff translator at the UK Ministry of Defence in London for ten years and then at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague for one year before becoming a UK-based freelance translator and interpreter in 2007. I have been a full member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) since 2001 and I was one of the first ten translators to be awarded Chartered Linguist (Translator) status in 2008. I translate from French into English only. For more information see Qualifications and credentials and About Me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
